- Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Usage data: study session history, scores, and domain performance stored to provide your statistics dashboard
- Technical data: basic browser and device information collected automatically
- State exam waitlist: if you ask to be told when a practice set for your state’s exam is ready, your email address, the state, and the page you signed up on
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the exam prep service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To display your personal study statistics
- To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
- To send occasional study emails, such as reminders timed to your exam date. Every one includes a link to stop them, and stopping them does not affect your account.
- To tell you, if you joined a state exam waitlist, when a practice set for that state is ready. That email is only about the state you chose, and we do not use the address for anything else
- To respond to support inquiries

Your study data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may:
- Access or update your account information at any time through your account settings
- Cancel your subscription through the billing portal
- Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
