NHA Licensure Exam Prep

Pass your Nursing Home
Administrator exam.
Be ready before you sit.

Fresh questions every session across all 4 NAB domains. The only nursing home administrator prep tool that never runs out.

Why it works

Built differently

Other tools run out. Once you've seen every question, you're memorizing, not learning. This generates something new every time.

Questions that never run out
Other tools give you a fixed bank. Once you've seen them all, you're memorizing, not learning. New questions are generated every time you study.
Domain score breakdown
After every session you see your score by domain. Most candidates have one or two weak domains. Find yours and drill them before exam day.
Built by a working NHA
Built by a licensed NHA who has been through the AIT program. Questions are grounded in the actual domains and regulations that appear on the real exam, not generic healthcare trivia.
Both exams, one subscription

FAQ

Questions

Both exams cover the same 4 NAB domains: Care Services and Supports, Operations, Environment and Quality, and Leadership and Strategy. The Core tests foundational knowledge applicable across all lines of long-term care. The NHA Line of Service tests the same domains with nursing-home-specific weighting and scenarios. You must pass both to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
After payment you are redirected to your dedicated study dashboard at study.html. There you will see the full Exam, Domain, Questions, Difficulty, and Timer controls, plus the Full Exam Simulation mode. No marketing fluff, just the tool.
Prep books recycle the same questions. Once you have seen them you are memorizing, not learning. New questions every session mean you have to actually understand the material, not just memorize answers.
Yes. Many AITs focus on Operations and Environment and Quality early in their program, then return to weak domains before the exam. The domain selector and score breakdown make it easy to target specific areas throughout your AIT program.
Questions are generated based on current CMS regulations and NAB exam domain blueprints. Always verify against the current NAB candidate handbook before your exam. Questions are for learning, not legal advice.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Possibly. Some states require additional state-specific exams or licensing steps beyond the NAB Core and NHA Line of Service exams. This tool covers the national NAB exams only. Always check with your state health department or licensing board to confirm your state's specific requirements before your exam date.
For practical purposes, no. You can generate up to 200 practice sessions per day and up to 3 full exam simulations per day. All limits reset at midnight and exist only to protect against abuse, no real candidate will come close to them.
