Why it works

Built differently

Other tools hand you a question dump and wish you luck. This is a system: a structured path every day, automatic weak-spot targeting, and a score that tells you when to book the exam.

Deep question bank
Over 1,000 exam-style questions spanning every domain, difficulty, and calculation type · with answers shuffled every serve so you learn the content, not the letter.
Domain breakdown
After every session you see your score by domain. Most candidates have a weak spot. Find yours and drill it.
Built by an NHA
Built by a licensed NHA who has been through the AIT program. Questions are grounded in the actual domains and regulations that appear on the real exam, not generic healthcare trivia.
Both exams included
Core and NHA Line of Service in one place. Most candidates piece together resources from multiple sources. Everything you need is here.
What you get

FAQ

Questions

Both exams cover the same 4 NAB domains: Care Services and Supports, Operations, Environment and Quality, and Leadership and Strategy. The Core tests foundational knowledge applicable across all lines of long-term care. The NHA Line of Service tests the same domains with nursing-home-specific weighting and scenarios. You must pass both to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
After payment you are redirected to your dedicated study dashboard at study.html. There you will see the full Exam, Domain, Questions, Difficulty, and Timer controls, plus the Full Exam Simulation mode. No marketing fluff, just the tool.
Prep books recycle the same questions. Once you have seen them you are memorizing, not learning. New questions every session mean you have to actually understand the material, not just memorize answers.
Yes. Many AITs focus on Operations and Environment and Quality early in their program, then return to weak domains before the exam. The domain selector and score breakdown make it easy to target specific areas throughout your AIT program.
Questions are written from current CMS regulations and NAB exam domain blueprints. Always verify against the current NAB candidate handbook before your exam. Questions are for learning, not legal advice.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Possibly. Some states require additional state-specific exams or licensing steps beyond the NAB Core and NHA Line of Service exams. This tool covers the national NAB exams only. Always check with your state health department or licensing board to confirm your state's specific requirements before your exam date.
Each day you get a structured 100-question study path, a bonus Redemption Round when you need it, unlimited review of the day’s missed questions, and one full exam simulation. Everything resets at midnight · it’s designed to match how candidates actually study, a focused daily block rather than endless random quizzing.
