If you sit the NAB Core or NHA Line of Service exam and do not pass, you may request a 90-day extension of your access for your retake. To request it, email your official NAB score report, showing your name and exam date, to info@nhaexamprep.com within 30 days of your exam date. The name on the report must match your account. Retake Protection may be used once per account. Extensions are granted after review and confirmation of eligibility.
